Task: Operational management of the activities of the assigned structural units (club card sales department, fitness department, healthy food bar, club member support department, accounting, technical services)
What to do:
- Increasing the profitability of the operating activities of a fitness club
- Management of the club's sales structure (club cards, additional services) as a profit center with responsibility for the main financial and economic indicators in the commercial area
- Monitoring compliance with the commercial plan. Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and optimize costs.
- Ability to organize interaction between related departments, understanding the process of creating a service, selling a service, selling a service.
- Providing customer service and post-sales support. Implementation of customer retention measures.
- Organization and control of administrative and economic activities of the club (from 5000 sq.m.)
- Personnel management (100 staff positions - selection, training, motivation, development, assessment and certification of personnel).
- Effective interaction with municipal authorities, inspection and control organizations on operational issues of the club’s activities (including registration of licenses and permits).

- Higher education. Additional education in sales management and marketing.
- Experience in sales at least 10 years. Experience in managing a commercial function in the position of commercial director/manager/sales director/at least 5 years in areas (federal networks, services - a highly competitive market in the field of fitness, beauty industry, restaurant or hotel business, premium retail).
- The ability to independently make decisions within the framework of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Successful practical experience in bringing departments to positive profitability.
- Practical knowledge of organizing and managing sales in the B2C segment.
- Successful experience in managing and developing subordinates, transfer of personal experience, active (non-formal) participation in the development of subordinates’ competencies.
